Camera operators Mark Irwin and David Rutherford hosted a podcast in which they talked about their time working on The Layover (2017). When discussing the sex scene, both expressed their awe for Alexandra Daddario’s remarkable figure, having multiple comments on her large breasts which Irwin referred to as her “famous naturals”. The men admitted that while on set they were hypnotized by Daddario’s freely swinging DDs, which encouraged them to switch to 60 frames per second for certain shots, over the typical 24fps as seen in the rest of the film. They also revealed Matt Barr had to do a lot of ADR, replacing much of his audio with grunts as his improvisation while filming was deemed too vulgar.
